Submit Fire Sprinkler Plan

FIRE SPRINKLER SUBMISSION AND INSPECTION SCHEDULING PROCEDURES

The following information must be provided:

• Exact address including suite number
• Name or Company submitting plans for review
• Type of structure (residential or commercial)
• Contact phone number and email address

You will receive a confirmation email with a link attached to pay for plan review fees along with the email address where you can send your electronic plans to be reviewed and approved.

• Residential $50.00
• Commercial $250.00

Once plans have been approved you will receive an approval email containing information on how to schedule your inspections.

The contractor is responsible for inspecting their own work to ensure it conforms to the approved plans, maintaining approved plans on site for the inspection,  pre-testing any system(s) to ensure they function properly and verifying that the work to be inspected is in all manner ready for inspection prior to calling to schedule the inspection.

In the event a contractor is not prepared for the inspection at the time the inspection is scheduled, the contractor must cancel the inspection a minimum of two (2) hours prior to their scheduled time.
