Receive confirmation
You will get a confirmation email with a payment link for plan review fees, and the address to send your electronic plans.
Approval and inspections
Once plans are approved, an approval email explains how to schedule your inspections.
What You Must Provide
- Exact address, including suite number
- Name or company submitting plans for review
- Type of structure — residential or commercial
- Contact phone number and email address
Contractor Responsibilities
- Inspect their own work to ensure it conforms to the approved plans.
- Keep approved plans on site for the inspection.
- Pre-test any systems to confirm they function properly.
- Verify the work is ready for inspection before calling to schedule.
- Cancel at least two hours before a scheduled inspection if not prepared.
